Pattesons Glass is pleased to announce the acquisition of G&C Packaging, bringing together two established businesses with strong reputations, complementary expertise and a shared commitment to delivering outstanding service to customers.
The acquisition represents an important step in the continued growth of Pattesons Glass in the UK and Ireland, strengthening our capabilities and extending the range of products, services and support available to customers.
G&C Packaging will continue to be led on a day-to-day basis by Oliver Hartley and his experienced team, providing continuity for customers, suppliers and partners. The business will retain its established customer focus and valued relationships while benefiting from the additional resources, expertise, and capabilities of Pattesons Glass and being part of the wider PAE family.
The team in Escrick will work closely with Pattesons, combining the strengths of both businesses and providing customers with access to a broader product portfolio, enhanced local warehousing and stockholding, and greater logistics capabilities.
This acquisition provides a strong platform for the future. By bringing together the experience, relationships and capabilities of G&C Packaging with the scale and resources of Pattesons Glass and the wider PAE family, we are well positioned to develop new opportunities, expand our offering and continue delivering the high levels of service our customers expect.
